A workshop programme with leading national teachers takes a serious look at an apparently frivolous subject.
For all ages and abilities these Have-A-Go sessions will run throughout the festival including Hoop Jam running a free taster workshops for all the family.
This full-day event will be an opportunity to share in-depth thinking around the creation of circus in the UK.
Looking to be challenged? A masterclass focusing on Acrobalance and Creative Acrobatics with members of Barley Methodical Troupe.
Look out for artists’ breakfasts in the run up to and during the festival, a chance for circus practitioners to come along to have a chat about shows they've seen.

Higgledy-Piggledy is a photographic exhibition portraying professional circus artists bringing the artform beyond the stage to unusual locations.
