Booking
You can book tickets for all of our shows through each event page on our website. If this process is inaccessible to you, we can accept booking requests by email at hospitality@bristolcircuscity.com
Our box offices at each performance will accept cash payment, however we cannot guarantee availability of tickets on the day, unless reserved through an access request.
Seating is unreserved. If you require access to a particular seating position, please communicate this through our access form (click here) and we will reserve a seat for you.
After Booking
Once you have booked with us, you will receive an email with access information specific to your booking along with an access request form. You can also find that form through this link (click here) and venue access information is also available via the venue links below.
We encourage you to submit all access information through our access form at least 72 hours before the performance to ensure we have time to respond and organise your requests. We cannot guarantee provision after this. If you would prefer to contact our access manager directly without using the form you can email hospitality@bristolcircuscity.com
Wheelchair Access

Companion Tickets
Companion tickets are free across our programme. You can request a companion ticket after booking a ticket for your chosen show, using the access form in the booking email or through this link (click here). In the event that a show is selling out, we can only guarantee companion tickets up to 48 hours before the show starts, so please book these with us as early as possible.
British Sign Language interpretation.
Interpretation is provided for all shows using spoken English. You can see our BSL show information on this page (click here). When you book, if you select a Deaf / BSL User ticket we will communicate the interpreters position with you in advance and reserve a seat for you near to this. Alternatively you can use our access form to request information about interpreter positioning and reserve a seat in an area of your choice ahead of the performance. Signage will also indicate the interpreter’s position on the day.
Audio Described performances
Performances of Cocoon by Farrell Cox and Armour by Arno Ferrera & Gilles Polet have audio description. For Cocoon this is integrated and a headset will not be required. To sign up for a Cocoon touch tour please indicate this through our access form (click here).
For Armour headsets will be provided. Audio show information for the shows is available on the show pages.
LGBTQIA+ Safe Spaces
Circus City strives to be an accessible and inclusive celebration of circus communities from around the world. We are incredibly proud to host diverse stories and artists, and our audiences are a part of this experience.
We are working with venues throughout the festival to provide gender neutral and inclusive toilet facilities for our audience. If you experience any incidents, have questions or would like to feedback to a member of our team, please get in touch with hospitality@bristolcircuscity.com
